Amber Kirschenbaum

Amber is a London-based vocalist, producer, and vocal coach who graduated with First-Class Honours in Vocal Performance and Music Production from BIMM University. Originally from Israel, where she began her training with a rigorous background in classical music, pop, and advanced jazz performance, Amber has spent the last ten years exploring the full spectrum of the human voice.

Highly adaptable to all ages and skill levels, Amber naturally tailors her approach to suit everyone from young beginners exploring rhythm and basic music theory to advanced artists. Her primary focus is helping students navigate their developing voices and build true artistry. While many teachers focus solely on rigid technique, Amber’s passion lies in helping students discover their own unique artistic voice. Her holistic teaching method combines technical precision with creative freedom.

A typical lesson involves a warm-up, dissecting a reference track chosen by the student, and step-by-step exercises designed to conquer technical hurdles. With ten years of diverse experience spanning pop, classical, jazz, and the Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) method, she specializes in everything from commercial pop basics to extreme rock vocal effects like distortion and vocal fry.

As an active singer-songwriter, Amber brings massive real-world industry experience to the studio. She has performed at Hyde Park for a crowd of 20,000, played renowned London venues like Outernet and O2 Academy Islington, and had her music spun on Radio Wigwam. Inspired by an eclectic mix of legends - including Lady Gaga, Freddie Mercury, Stevie Nicks, Steven Tyler and Siouxsie Sioux - Amber creates a safe, energetic, and encouraging space where students can let loose, involve the body, find their character, and transform from a casual singer into an outstanding performer.
