1. How do lessons work?

 

Simple and flexible! We offer one-to-one music lessons tailored to your goals, level, and musical interests.

Choose your learning environment:

• Your home – Our tutor comes to you (no stressful journeys!)

• Tutor's studio – Visit your tutor's dedicated teaching space

• Online Live video lessons from anywhere

 

Each lesson is fully personalised – we focus on what YOU want to learn, whether that's classical piano, rock guitar, preparing for exams, or just playing for fun.

 

2. What instruments do you teach?

 

We teach a wide range of instruments:
 

• Piano & Keyboard • Guitar (acoustic, electric, classical) • Vocals/Singing • Drums & Percussion • Violin & String instruments • Bass Guitar • Brass instruments (trumpet, trombone, etc.) • Woodwind instruments (saxophone, clarinet, flute) • Music Production • Music Theory

3. What ages do you teach?

All ages from 5 to adult, everyone's welcome!

Children (5-12 years): Fun, engaging lessons that build confidence and foundational skills.

Teens (13-18 years): Exam prep, technique development, or just playing what they love.

Adults (18+): Whether you're a complete beginner or picking up an instrument again after years, it's never too late!

We teach complete beginners through to advanced players. Every level is welcome.

4. Are your tutors qualified and DBS checked?

 

Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority.

 

Every single tutor is:

 

• Enhanced DBS checked Rigorous background checks completed

• Professionally qualified (Trained at diverse institutions across the UK and abroad)

• Safeguarding trained, up-to-date training in best practice and child protection

• Passionate teachers! They genuinely love sharing music.

 

We never compromise on safety. You can trust your child (or yourself!) is in expert, caring hands.

 

5. How much do lessons cost?

 

Pricing depends on lesson length and location: 30-minute lessons: From £27, 45-minute lessons: From £37, 60-minute lessons: From £52.

 

We offer:

• Pay-as-you-go (no long-term commitment)
• Lesson packages (better value for regular students)
• Sibling discounts available

7. Do you offer trial lessons?

 

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy. Your first lesson is a trial – if you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to:

 

• Match you with a different tutor

• Adjust the lesson approach

• Provide a refund if we can't meet your needs

 

We're confident you'll love learning with us, but we want you to feel totally comfortable before committing!

 

8. What's your cancellation policy?

 

We understand life happens!

 

Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice: No charge, fully flexible

Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: Lesson fee applies (tutors have already blocked that time for you)

Exceptions: Genuine emergencies (sudden illness, family emergency) are handled with understanding on a case-by-case basis.

We're flexible and fair just give us as much notice as possible!

 

9. Do you teach exam preparation?

 

Yes! But it's completely optional.

 

We offer exam prep for:

• ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music)

• Trinity College London Exams provide: Structure, measurable progress, motivation, and UCAS points for university applications

 

Don't want exams? That's totally fine! Many of our students learn purely for enjoyment.

We're here for the love of music, not just certificates.

 

10. What areas of London do you cover?

 

All London boroughs! We have tutors across Greater London, covering: • Central London • North London • South London • East London • West London

Outside London? No problem we offer online lessons UK-wide!

11. How is my data protected?

 

We take your privacy seriously and are fully GDPR compliant.

 

We only collect data necessary to provide lessons:

 

• Name, age, contact details, address (for bookings)

• Lesson preferences and progress notes

 

Your data is:

 

• Stored securely on password-protected systems

• Only shared with your assigned tutor

• Never sold or shared with third parties

• Deleted when you request or after 3 years of inactivity

 

Your rights: You can request to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.
