What is your cancellation policy?
We work with a 24h cancellation policy. If a lesson is cancelled with at least 24h notice, it will be rescheduled. Lessons cancelled with less than 24h notice are charged in full and are non-refundable.
Are packages refundable? Refunds are available for unused sessions only and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
How do I pay? We'll email you an invoice with our bank account details. Payment can be made by bank transfer using the information provided on the invoice.
