What is your cancellation policy?
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable — unless the student is ill, in which case the lesson will be rescheduled.
Are packages refundable? Refunds are available for unused sessions only and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
How do I pay? We will send you a payment link and your lesson will be confirmed once payment has been received.
