Margot Maurel 

Margot Maurel is a French clarinettist and a passionate music educator based in London.

 

She recently graduated with a Master's degree in Advanced Instrumental Studies with Distinction from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, following a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours from the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin.

As both a performer and teacher, Margot is passionate about sharing the joy of music with others. She has over three years of teaching experience, working with students of all ages and abilities in individual and group settings.

 

Her lessons are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student's goals, whether they are learning for enjoyment, preparing for exams, or developing their confidence as performers.

Alongside teaching, Margot performs regularly as a freelance orchestral and chamber musician and is committed to making music accessible through education and community projects.

 

She believes that every student can thrive with the right encouragement and enjoys helping each learner discover their own musical voice.
