Theo Warren

Theo is a saxophonist based in London, currently in his third year of study at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where he is studying Jazz Saxophone.

 

Whilst the saxophone is his main instrument, Theo also has a strong background in clarinet and classical piano. He began studying classical clarinet, developing solid technical foundations before moving into jazz and improvisation. He has also studied classical piano, further broadening his understanding of harmony and musicianship.

 

His playing has been shaped by the jazz greats including Charlie Parker, Stan Getz, Joe Henderson, and Lester Young.

 

Theo is an active performer on the London jazz scene, regularly gigging in a variety of ensembles and live settings, and will be performing at the Love Supreme Festival this summer.
